Guernsey Cricket offers training, courses, and support for both new and experienced coaches to develop their skills and gain recognised qualifications. Working with partner organisations, it helps coaches improve their knowledge, stay up to date with best practice, and deliver high-quality coaching in clubs and schools, supporting the long-term growth of cricket in Guernsey.

Pathway

At Guernsey Cricket Club, player development is at the heart of everything we do. Our pathway provides young cricketers with the opportunity to learn, grow and compete from grassroots and junior cricket right through to senior representative levels, creating a clear route to International Cricket.
